Welcome to Kind Karma® Yoga & Wellness

Our yoga and meditation classes, both in-person and online, cover various styles such as multi-level yoga, kids yoga, yin yoga, yin & yang fusion, chair yoga, cardio-weights yoga, lunchtime sessions, private yoga, and meditation with sound classes.

Additionally, our healing therapies consist of Reiki, Breathwork, Shamanic practices, Angelic healing, Crystal healing, and Sound therapy.

Furthermore, we provide in-person and online training in a range of programs including 200/300/800/1,100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki, Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki, Kind Karma Animal Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Sound Therapy.
