Rahini Yoga Karma Healing Kriya:. "Spirals of Divine Light" Meditation.

This powerful, healing moving meditation is practiced during "Kind Karma® Yoga", "Awaken with Meditation", and Kind Karma Shamanic Earth Gifting Events.

"Spirals of Divine Light" is a movement based meditation, that harmonizes your body, breath and mind, and connects you with the Divine Cosmic Energy of Rainbow Radiance. It includes gentle movements, breath awareness, sound healing, body mudra, and positive visualization or imagery. It also includes a healing sound as your body moves. This particular healing sound is given during the in-person Kind Karma® related courses or events.

This meditation technique is part of Kind Karma's Mission Initiative called, "TALK" - Teach All Loving Kindness. TALK is about teaching others how to connect with their own innate Loving Kindness, building a global community of "Kind Karma Creators". TALK is a call-to-action and its aim is to teach people specific methods of how bring holistic health, healing and harmony into their lives, and to spread this Kind Karma® to those with whom they share the world. TALK workshops, courses or events provide us with the necessary tools to navigate our everyday life to generate positive karma, and to work with the rhythms and flows of nature in alignment with our highest and truest intentions.

World Kind Karma's mission is to promote global unity, equality, compassion, peace and kindness through its Kind Karma's Initiatives, Courses and Events.

"Spirals of Divine Light" Meditation

Kind Karma

"Celestial Pillar of Radiant Light" Mudra.

1) Seated Posture

  • Sit in a cross-legged position or sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.

  • Balance your weight evenly across your sit bones.

  • Align your head, neck, and spine. Feel tall. Feel expanded. Feel Light.

  • As you lengthen your spine, soften your face and neck, and lower and relax your shoulders.

  • Spend some time softening your your hips (feel your hip creases relax), thighs and feet (if you need to, spread your toes out and release them several times until you feel your feet soften and relax).

  • Keep your gaze straight ahead with soft eyes. If you need to close your eyes to visualize, then do so.

  • Kind Karma Tip: Make whatever modifications you need to feel steady, comfortable and supported in your seated posture.

2) Arms and Hands - "Celestial Pillar of Radiant Light" Mudra

  • Rub your hands vigorously together for one minute. Until your hands feel warm and energized. "Waking up the Chi" (Dr. Dean Telano).

  • Celestial Pillar of Radiant Light Mudra: Bend your elbows 90 degrees, hold the hands six inches apart, palms facing each other, at the level of your heart or solar plexus chakra. Keep your elbows in at your sides. Be sure your elbows are relaxed, not rigid.

  • Kind Karma Tip: This mudra creates a healing space within your electromagnetic field or aura, and helps to break through negative thought patterns.

  • Kind Karma Tip: Maintain this mudra position for at least 30 second before you begin the actual movement.

3) Preparing for the Arm Moving Meditation

  • Keeping that same bend in your elbows, move your arms out to the sides until they are in line with your heart center or solar plexus.

Kind Karma

Move your arms to the sides until they are at the level of your Heart Center.

4) Arm Movement for the Meditation

  • Outwardly (moving backward, then inwardly) rotate your elbows, forearms and hands, creating a spiral or vortex of energy.

  • Rotate in outward circles as rapidly as you can.

  • Kind Karma Tip: This is a rhythmic and continuous movement.

  • Kind Karma Tip: During the movement keep you elbows in at your sides.

Kind Karma

Beginning the outward circles. The arms will move slightly up and behind your body.

Kind Karma

As the movement continue, the arms will naturally lower.

Kind Karma

After each completion of one circle, the arms and hands will reach their lowest point and naturally begin to move forward.

5) Breathing during the Meditation

  • Breathe through your nose.

  • Kind Karma Tip: The goal is to allow your breath to naturally adjust itself during the movement.

6) Meditation Time

  • Three to seven minutes.

  • Kind Karma Tip: Practice everyday with an open mind.

7) Visualization during the Meditation

  • Visualize or imagine "Spirals of Divine Healing Light" emanating and surrounding your entire body.

  • Kind Karma Tip: Don't force the imagery or visualization. If you need to, just think about it or just say to yourself, I am surrounding by 'Spirals of Divine Healing Light' and then begin the movement.

8) How to End the Moving Meditation

  • Inhale through your nose three consecutive times - without exhaling, as you raise your arms above your head. Tighten the entire body for a moment or or two.

  • Slowly exhale through your mouth and lower your arms as you shake out your wrists and hands.

  • Next, energetically massage your heart (Refer to photos).

  • Remain in a seated position, relax and either stack your hands in your lap, palms up, or lay your hands on your knees, palms down. Your eyes can be either open or closed.

  • Take a minute or two to tune into the Infinite and Boundless Divine White Light that is flowing all around you, and that has entered into your present time and space.

Kind Karma

As you raise your arms above your head, inhale three consecutively (and evenly) without exhaling.

Kind Karma

Raise your arms above your head in a letter "V" shape, with your palms facing each other.

Kind Karma

Energetically massage your Heart Center.

Kind Karma

Your hands should not touch your body when you are energetically massaging your Heart Center. Just softly brush or "feather" your Heart Center as if you hands were the wings of a butterfly.

We are born with this 'kind' of DNA (I call it, "Cosmic Encoding" or "Light Coding"), and hence it is our birthright, as well as human and spiritual obligation, to 'act' upon it. When we approach our own lives from authentic 'kindness' - and resonate with this TRUTH - we have the infinite ability and desire to make positive, beautiful, and inspiring changes in the world."
