Welcome to Kind Karma® Yoga – "Yoga of Spiritual Alignment"
Kind Karma® Yoga is a heart centered, midline integrated and high vibrational yoga. This style of yoga incorporates heart-based practices, powerful core techniques and high vibrational Rahini Yoga® Kriyas that promote healing and personal empowerment.
We have been professionally offering yoga and meditation training certification programs since 2001. We believe learning to teach yoga can be educational, inspirational and joyful. It's our belief yoga should be taught in an encouraging environment that fosters confidence and the necessary skills to teach and share yoga.
Graduates from Kind Karma Yoga, are currently teaching all over the world, including such places as Ecuador, Costa Rica, South Africa, Japan, Canada, California, Colorado, Florida, Maine, Mississippi, North Carolina, Norway, South Carolina, Ohio, New York and Long Island.

Kind Karma® Yin Yoga uses gentle long held postures – "shapes," with a compassionate, open-minded attitude of self-acceptance to awaken and free the yin parts of our physical, emotional, energetic, mental and spiritual selves. Yin Yoga practice is perfect for anyone who wants to bring more freedom, flexibility, mobility or energy to their hips, pelvis, hamstrings, spine and shoulders. Often, these areas of the body become stiff and less mobile because of aging, old injuries or chronic overuse.
This course, Kind Karma® Yin Yoga Training Essentials: "Listening to your Authentic Self", is intended to provide students with the fundamentals for the development of a professional and safe Yin Yoga practice that is forged with direct experience and training.
This course combines yin yoga with meditation, breathing exercises, and the introduction to healing applications of sound therapy. Many of our yin yoga class sequences tailor the practice to target certain emotions by embracing a meridian-based approach.
